/mnt/persist/ directory not available in cumulus 3.4+

Before 3.4, /mnt/persist/ directory was used to keep configuration files so that on device reboot, these configs will be applied to the device and it would behave as if these configs were in the startup-config. In version 3.4.3, I do not see /mnt/persist/ directory. How can I achieve the same functionality in 3.4.3 and further?

Hi Amrit, The /mnt/persist was both a blessing and a curse for most users. So we did away with the "slots" system in 3.x, and aligned more with the classic Linux server setup. In general, most customers use automation such as Ansible, to push or backup configurations. Generally, this is the common way to manage large numbers of linux servers as well. So I would recommend looking at Ansible (or any of the automation suites) to handle the configuration management and backup on the switches.
